What is Ratios Plus?

Ratios Plus, or R+ for short, is a tool to help create and maintain financial ratios and accounting data for clients and companies that you will setup in the program. Ratios Plus will create Activity, Liquidity, Profitability, and Debt and Capital Structure ratios from aRPounting data that you provide. In addition, you can select as many (or as few) ratios for which to enter and print data based on the needs of your company.

Is Ratios Plus easy to learn and use?

If you are familiar with software developed for Windows and understand some basic concepts related to financial data analysis, you will have no problem learning and using Ratios Plus. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the overall design of Ratios Plus is intuitive and flexible.

How many clients can I have in Ratios Plus?

Other than available disk space, there is no limit to the number of clients that can be maintained with Ratios Plus. Client records can be added, modified, printed, or deleted at any time.

How many years of financial data can I maintain for my clients in Ratios Plus?

You can enter up to 10 prior years of annual and monthly finacial data to be used for comparison, charting, and ratio analysis.

How many ratios are included in Ratios Plus?

Ratios Plus includes 37 ratios as well as 10 user-defined ratios that you can setup in the program.

Is Ratios Plus compatible with my operating system?

Ratios Plus is compatible and was specifically designed to operate in the following operating systems:

Can Ratios Plus be used on my Network?

Ratios Plus can be used on Windows XP Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows NT 4.0 Server, all versions of Novell, and Windows 98/2000/ME/XP/Vista peer-to-peer networks.

How much memory (RAM) and storage space (hard drive space) is required?

Ratios Plus does not require additional RAM to be installed. Only normal Windows requirements need be met, however as with most other programs, speed may increase with the addition of memory. Client Communiqué requires a minimal amount of hard drive space. Only 10-20 Meg Bytes of space is required for the program files.
